I took the Royal Caribbean cruise through the glaciers in Alaska and boy was it freezing. But if you can withstand the cold, you get to see the magnificent Glacier Bay and all its icy glory. Caught a ride on a vintage train through Yukon route, and then hitched a ride on a biplane and flew over the icy mountains. Alaska is definitely one of the more unique places to visit in the U.S.
