Johanna and I had the chance to visit Maui because her continuing education was taking place there. Maui is the second largest island but is my favorite island as it has a mixture of both Honolulu and Kauai. It has beautiful scenery all around the island with many great stops to enjoy yourself at a beach or take in the sights. For the most part, all the roads are nicely paved and the foliage is very nicely maintained and picturesque. There are also many things to do and good places to eat. However, everything is still expensive but that is understandable.
You will see the Hyatt, Mama's fish house, Haleakala, Whalers village, West Maui Mountains, Kaanapali beach, Leoda's kitchen, Nakalele blowhole, and a Luau!
