Living on the west coast of the US, we wanted an all inclusive beach resort, relatively near, relatively inexpensive, and not a party town like Cabo. We decided on Puerto Vallarta! Although we did not see much of the city, we did enjoy our stay at the Velas Vallarta Resort. Luckily we did manage to get one day away from the resort and visited the beautiful Melecon. I would love to re-visit this coastal city and do more things next time.
