Russell passed away peacefully on Jan 20, 2016 from congestive heart failure at the age of 11 on his warm bed at home. He was the smartest, most loving and loyal dog a family can have. Here is a tribute video of some of the memories we shared.

The Noodle Man! From the outside, it looks like a generic American-Chinese restaurant because of the cartoony logo. But once you go inside, you'll smell and see the authentic Schezwan style food that it really is. This place is legit. They have table seating and bar seating allowing you to see the cooks spin and pull the noodles freshly made inside the kitchen. The mongolian beef pancake was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and a very delicious appetizer that goes well with soy sauce and vinegar. The noodles and dumplings I ordered are numbingly spicy and tastes true to the Schezwan style. The noodles are chewy and in perfect consistency with the soup, but you may have to wait a bit for them to be made. I would definitely come back to try other items on the menu. Good location as well at 6870 S Rainbow Ste 101 right near the 215 freeway in Las Vegas.
