Jinya is a Ramen bar restaurant located at 4860 W. Flamingo Ave. Las Vegas. Jinya is one of the better ramen restaurants here in Las Vegas, very comparable to Monta if not better imo. Monta may be a hit or miss depending on the salt level. Pictured here is the crispy chicken, tonkotsu spicy, and wonton chicken ramen. The spicy chicken was delicious, definitely crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The ponzu sauce added a savory vinegary flavor which complimented the chicken perfectly. Both ramen had a very rich and thick broth, and you can tell it was full of dissolved fat, bone marrow, collagen, and protein. The flavor was very good, but not unique enough to give this a 5 star rating. The chashu was cooked well, soft enough to almost melt in your mouth. The chicken with plenty of wontons is a definite try if you want to try something different other than pork broth. Overall, I would definitely go back and I'd give it a A-.
