Very new Korean restaurant serving homemade korean dishes. I really want this place to succeed. The ladies working were all very nice, and really wanted us to enjoy our meals. They brought the food quickly, and tended to our every need. Maybe because it's still so new, but they seem very genuine and mom-like. The food itself was also very delicious. Banchan was good, in fact better than some other places. Many of them were the right sourness and were always refilled when needed. The meat dumplings were great! They are homemade and you can tell they did not skimp on the meat. I was hungry, but feeling for a light noodle soup and found the best choice. Their chicken noodle soup had a very light but thick broth. Everything in the bowl was lightly flavored but paring it in a thick broth made it a very unique, hearty, and filling noodle soup. The spicy beef soup was pretty normal tasting like other restaurants, so nothing too unique about this one. I liked the quantity of all the dishes and the pricing. The only criticism is the decor. I think they are still deciding what to do, but so far it looks more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. If they can match their decor with their tasty dishes and service, this place is a winner. 5600 Spring Mountain Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89146
