New ramen joint in town and does not disappoint. It has all your standard Tonkotsu, Miso, Shoyu broth, and different rice bowls, so nothing new or fancy. However, it does kick it up a notch by allowing different spiciness to the ramen broth. I like spicy foods in general and I found "hot" to be just perfect. Soup was not too salty, but thick and flavorful. The broth includes an egg, some very soft chashu, ground pork, and some veggies. The ground park was a nice touch as other places do not offer this for free. The noodles itself are handmade but for some reason did not impress me. I expected it to be more chewy but found it to be more spaghetti like. I'd say it's on par with a lot of other ramen joints around town, which isn't bad, but wouldn't choose this one in particular over another. Typical decor inside, aside from a window displaying the noodle man make the noodles. Decent grade overall. Find it here! 7040 S Durango Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89113
