One of my favorite things to eat in the world is Chinese Hot Pot. And they finally built an all you can eat one here in Las Vegas called Red Pot. Basic principal is a boiling broth, you pick the flavor (I recommend at least one side doing the Mongolian), and grab a bunch of meats, seafood, and vegetables and start dumping them in. You also make your own sauce using the side bar with a bunch of different ingredients. I can tell you right now, this place is legit and the flavors are pretty spot on. The lamb was very good, however the beef was not. It may have just been a bad day for beef, but it was too dry and may have been old and sitting out too long. The shrimp and crabs were pretty fresh, and all the other ingredients seemed to be washed and well prepared. Oh, and did I mention they have many different noodles to choose from as well? Would have given it a solid A, except the beef wasn't as good as I'd like it to be. A big problem, however, is when all the ingredients are displayed in a plastic case, it makes it seem a bit unappealing. Only other con is the price is a bit high at $35 per person. However, you can usually get a 20% discount checking in on Yelp making it about $28. Wish it was closer to me! 1375 E Tropicana Ave.
