Yojie is a Japanese fondue, or shabu shabu restaurant that serves different cuts of meat and vegetables where you cook yourself in a clear or flavored broth. They provide different cuts of beef from rib eye and angus, to the more expensive and fatty kobe and wagyu. The latter can be pretty pricey for most people, ranging in the $100 range for the wagyu. To eat, you dip the meat or vegetables in a bowl of simmering broth for a few seconds, then dip again into a sauce of your choice. The beef is very flavorful, and I believe the wagyu cut is also imported from Japan. I would have given this place a higher grade but prices are just a bit too high for the amount served. Overall, a very modern, new, and satisfying restaurant here in Las Vegas. Swing by to Yojie at Village Square, 9400 W Sahara Ave.
